Maui-Made Felt Soap

Rainbow Ridge Farm Goat Milk Hand-Made Felt Soaps are wrapped in natural local wool. We discovered a proprietary process of hand kneading the wool to create a felt around the bar of soap sealing in the soap. Our dyes are wild and farm crafted using Maui organic pigments.

The root of the Olena, which is in the ginger family, offers a brilliant yellow hue. Blending upcountry raspberries with other local herbs creates wine, reds and pinks. Maui Coffee is used for brown hues, while Kukui nuts are used for dark shades of brown and black. This technique of dying with Kukui dates back to the ancient Hawaiians.

The result of all this handcrafting is a luxuriously moisturizing, fragrant, antibacterial and exfoliating, artful soap. In addition, the felt shrinks with the soap and the soap lasts twice as long! Please note that colors of felt soap will vary.
